Shipping
Shipping Destinations
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Castle Of Gifts ships to many countries and territories worldwide, wherever the production partner and carrier serving the selected product support delivery.
Availability may vary by product, production location and destination. If your delivery address cannot be served for a particular order, checkout will indicate this before payment.
Because our products are made in different locations around the world, we recommend checking the Shipping From... page to see which production locations are within your customs region. Choosing a product that can be produced within your customs region may help reduce customs processing and additional import charges.
Are there any countries or regions you cannot ship to?
Most of our products can be delivered internationally, but availability depends on the product, production partner, carrier and destination.
In some cases, a manufacturer or carrier may temporarily be unable to serve a destination because of local restrictions, service interruptions or other circumstances outside our control.
If a delivery address cannot be accepted for the selected product, the website or checkout process will indicate this before the order is completed.

Shipping Costs and Customs
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the product, production location, delivery destination and the number and type of products in your order.
The final shipping charge is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
When an order contains products made by different production partners or in different locations, the products may be shipped separately and the shipping calculation may reflect the different fulfilment routes.
Customs fees import taxes and carrier customs-processing fees are separate from the shipping charge unless checkout specifically states that they are included.
Why might an order still create customs or handling charges if shipping is free?
The shipping charge pays for transporting your parcel. Customs charges are separate charges that may be imposed when a parcel crosses a customs border.
Depending on the destination, these may include import VAT or GST, customs duties, customs-clearance fees, brokerage fees or carrier handling charges.
Paying the shipping charge therefore does not necessarily mean that import-related charges have also been prepaid.
What are customs fees?
Depending on the destination and shipment, these may include customs duty, import VAT or GST, customs-clearance fees, brokerage fees or carrier handling charges.
Crossing a national border does not always mean that customs charges apply. For example, products moving between countries within the European Union customs area generally do not go through normal import customs processing.
Will I have to pay customs fees when my order arrives?
Possibly.
If a product can be produced within your customs region, international import charges are less likely to apply. If the product is produced outside your customs region, import VAT or GST, customs duties, customs-clearance fees or carrier handling charges may apply.
Castle Of Gifts uses customs notices on product pages, in the cart and during checkout to help identify products that may be produced outside the customs region associated with your delivery destination.
You can also use the Shipping From... page to find products that are available from production locations within your customs region.
These notices are informational only. The final decision about import charges is made by the destination customs authority, postal operator or carrier.
Who is responsible for paying customs duties and import taxes?
The recipient is responsible for any import duties, import VAT or GST, customs-clearance charges, brokerage fees or carrier handling fees that are not expressly included or prepaid at checkout.
These charges are determined by the destination authorities and/or delivery provider and are not controlled by Castle Of Gifts.
Can customs authorities delay my order?
Processing and Production
When will my order be processed?
After payment is successfully completed, the order is submitted to the relevant fulfilment system and production partner.
Because most Castle Of Gifts products are made on demand, production may begin shortly after the order is accepted.
Production location can depend on the product, available fulfilment facilities and the delivery destination. Please allow additional time during holidays, peak seasons or unexpected production disruptions.
How long does production take?
Most print-on-demand products are produced within approximately 2–7 business days.
Production time can vary by product, production partner, availability, order size and seasonal demand. Some products may be completed sooner, while others may occasionally require additional time.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
What is the difference between processing time and delivery time?
How do I know the lead time of the items I ordered?
Before ordering, check the Shipping section on the relevant product page for production-location and delivery information.
After placing your order, use your order confirmation, shipping confirmation and tracking information to follow its progress.
If a product is available from several production locations, the location used for your order may depend on your delivery destination, product availability and the fulfilment system used by the production partner.
You can also visit the Shipping From... page to see which production locations belong to your customs region.
Do weekends and public holidays count as processing days?
Why is my order still being processed?
Can production be expedited?
We do not currently guarantee expedited production.
Products follow the normal production schedule of the fulfilment partner. If a faster delivery method becomes available for a particular product and destination, it may be offered separately at checkout, but faster shipping does not necessarily shorten production time.
Orders With Multiple Products
Do you do partial shipments?
Yes. An order containing several products may be divided into two or more parcels.
Castle Of Gifts works with multiple on-demand production partners and production facilities. Products made by different providers, in different locations or using different production processes may therefore be shipped separately.
Even products placed in the same order are not guaranteed to be packed into the same parcel.
When separate parcels are used, they may have different dispatch dates, carriers, tracking numbers and delivery dates.
I purchased multiple items. Can they be grouped together for same-day delivery?
We cannot guarantee that products in the same order will be packed together or delivered on the same day.
Products may be produced by different partners, at different facilities or according to different production schedules. Each parcel therefore follows its own fulfilment and delivery route.
If several products happen to be fulfilled together, they may arrive in the same parcel, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Why is my order being sent in separate parcels?
Will I be charged extra if you divide my order into separate parcels?
You will not be asked to pay Castle Of Gifts an additional shipping charge after checkout simply because the fulfilment system divides your order into separate parcels.
The shipping amount shown and paid at checkout is the shipping charge for your order.
However, if separate parcels cross customs borders, customs authorities, postal operators or carriers may assess import or handling charges separately for each parcel.

Can I add another product to an order that has already been placed?
Delivery Addresses and Instructions
Can I have my order shipped to an address other than my billing address?
How should I enter my delivery address?
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing the order.
Because orders can enter production very quickly, we cannot guarantee that a delivery address can be changed after an order has been placed.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If the order has not progressed too far, we may be able to request a correction from the fulfilment partner. Once the parcel has been dispatched, any possible redirection normally depends on the carrier.

Dispatch and Tracking
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
Is my order already on its way?
How can I track the status of my order?
Once tracking becomes available, you will receive shipping information by email.
Open the tracking link to follow the parcel through the carrier's system. If your order is divided into separate parcels, you may receive more than one tracking number.
If you cannot find the shipping email, check your spam or junk folder and your order information under My Account > Orders, where available.
When will my tracking information become active?
Why is my tracking information not updating?
Where can I find my tracking number?
Will I receive a separate tracking number for each parcel?
When an order is shipped in separate tracked parcels, each parcel will normally have its own tracking number.
Some production partners or delivery services may use an untracked shipping service for certain destinations. Where tracking is available, the relevant tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

Delivery Times
What are the delivery times?
Most print-on-demand products require approximately 2–7 business days for production before they are dispatched.
After dispatch, delivery time depends on the product, production location, destination, carrier and shipping method. Domestic or regional deliveries are generally faster, while international deliveries may take approximately 10–30 business days.
These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery periods.
The Shipping section of each product page lists the production locations currently associated with that product. When several locations are available, a production facility closer to the delivery address may be prioritized where the fulfilment system supports this and stock is available. However, a particular production country cannot be guaranteed.
For customs purposes, use the Shipping From... page to see which production locations are within your customs region.
Are delivery dates guaranteed?
Does the estimated delivery time include production time?
Production and delivery are separate stages.
Allow approximately 2–7 business days for production unless the individual product or order information provides a different estimate. Delivery time begins after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
Customs processing, carrier delays, holidays and other disruptions may extend the overall delivery time.
Do weekends and public holidays count as delivery days?
Can my order be expedited?
We do not currently guarantee expedited delivery through Castle Of Gifts.
To help obtain a shorter and simpler delivery route, choose a product that is available from a production location within or close to your customs region whenever possible.
You can check the production locations listed in the product's Shipping section and use the Shipping From... page to browse products by customs region.
Actual fulfilment location still depends on product availability and the production partner's fulfilment system.
What can I do when my order is delayed?
First check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation and any updates under My Account > Orders, where available.
International shipments can experience temporary gaps between tracking scans, particularly during customs processing or handover to a local carrier.
If the parcel has passed its estimated delivery period or tracking has stopped updating for an unusual length of time, contact us with your order number and tracking information so that we can investigate.

Delivery Problems
I have not received my order. What should I do?
Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation and review the latest estimated delivery information first.
Before contacting us, please also check:
-
the delivery address on the order;
-
entrances, safe places and reception or mailroom areas;
-
household members or neighbours;
-
any collection notice;
-
messages from the carrier, postal operator or customs authority.
If the parcel has passed its estimated delivery date and still has not arrived, contact us with your order number and tracking information so that we can investigate.
If your order was divided into several parcels, check every shipping confirmation and tracking number before reporting an item as missing.
What should I do if tracking says “delivered” but I have not received the parcel?
What happens if I am not home when my order arrives?
What happens if the courier cannot deliver my parcel?
What happens if my parcel is returned to the sender?
My order is missing one or more items. What should I do?
What should I do if my parcel appears to be lost?
A parcel is not necessarily lost simply because tracking has temporarily stopped updating. International shipments can have gaps while moving between carriers, countries or customs facilities.
Check the tracking page and contact the carrier or local postal operator where appropriate.
If the parcel has passed its estimated delivery date and there are still no meaningful tracking updates, contact us with your order number and tracking details so that we can investigate the shipment with the fulfilment partner.
